Arrangements will be made for you to meet the family host in a private and traditional Siheyuan (courtyard), where you’ll learn how to make Jiaozi (Chinese dumplings) from the hostess.

After finishing your dumpling-making course, you will taste the dumplings made by your hostess and enjoy other delicious Chinese dishes as well as your lunch.
